At HÅG Office, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating investment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
