What makes HÅG chairs different from standard office seating?
HÅG chairs are engineered with HÅG in Balance® technology, which encourages subconscious movement. Unlike static chairs, our designs follow your body's natural movements, keeping you energized and focused throughout the workday.
How long does shipping take for my office furniture?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Custom-built chairs or specific upholstery requests may require additional lead time of 3-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do HÅG products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All HÅG chairs come with a 10-year warranty on mechanical parts and a 5-year warranty on upholstery, provided the chair is used under normal conditions (up to 9 hours per day).
What is your return policy for home office gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup, you can return the item in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Are HÅG chairs easy to assemble?
Most of our chairs are shipped partially assembled to ensure safety during transit. Assembly usually takes less than 10 minutes and requires no specialized tools; clear instructions and any necessary hex keys are included in the box.
